BLOCK 1: IDENTITY & VISION

A Democratic Social Experiment on Arbitrum.The project is OkCapy, and its on-chain ticker is $OKCAP.
I have built the structure to prevent anarchy, but the community owns the power. There are no false promises here just a transparent, long-term protocol where the founder provides the architecture and the users decide the value.

BLOCK 2: THE 10-YEAR HARVEST (DECREASING SUPPLY)

Strategic & Deflationary Distribution ⏳95% of the total supply (47,500,000 $OKCAP) is reserved for the community. To ensure long-term health and scarcity, the distribution is front-loaded and decreases every year.Year 1 (The Genesis): High rewards to bootstrap the community (~593,750 $OKCAP distributed monthly).
The Decay: The monthly allocation decreases linearly every year. By Year 10, the monthly distribution will be ~197,917 $OKCAP.
The Rollover Rule: If participation is low, undistributed tokens are not lost. They are carried forward to future months, which may extend the harvest beyond 10 years.
Founder Allocation: 5% (2.5M tokens) locked under a 24-month technical vesting contract.

BLOCK 3: PARTICIPATION & THE POINT SYSTEM

The Monthly Ritual 🗓️Consistency is the only way to climb the hierarchy.Validation Window: You must log in and click between the 1st and the 7th of each month.
Score Logic:
✅ Success: +1 Point.
❌ Missed Month: -1 Point.
Individual Cap: To prevent "Whales" from dominating, the maximum reward is capped at 25,000 $OKCAP per user per month.

BLOCK 4: THE LOYALTY FILTER (80/20 RULE)

The Diamond Paws Protocol 💎We protect the family from aggressive speculative behavior with a strict loyalty filter:The Rule: You must hold at least 80% of all tokens ever received from the protocol.
Consequence: If you sell or transfer more than 20% of your total stack, you lose your Rank and your eligibility for the Guardian NFT.
Philosophy: Freedom is yours, but prestige is reserved for the patient. We do not promise extra token rewards or multipliers; we reward loyalty with status and rarity.

As your founder, I have built the architecture and I will participate alongside you. However, for this project to truly function and be tradable, we rely on the community’s voluntary involvement.No Obligation: Providing liquidity is 100% optional. You are never forced to contribute to receive your free monthly tokens. But if you want the ecosystem to breathe and have a place in the market, your participation is key. We do not promise profits; we only provide the structure for the community to grow.Contributor: Provide liquidity (ETH/$OKCAP) to help the token function and obtain a unique username and rank.Eternal Guardian: "Burn" your LP tokens (permanent lock) to prove your ultimate commitment to the project's long-term stability.The Excellence Standard (Guardian NFTs): 🏆
Eternal Guardians who adhere to the 80/20 rule AND have at least 6 participation points (6 months of consistency) are eligible for the legendary Guardian NFTs. Your status depends on the total value burned:🥉 Bronze Tier (The Guardian): €20 - €99 burned. Bronze NFT + Bronze Username.🥈 Silver Tier (The Protector): €100 - €499 burned. Silver NFT + Silver Username.🥇 Gold Tier (The Steward): €500 - €999 burned. Gold NFT + Gold Username.💎 Diamond Tier (The Ancient): €1000+ burned. Anti-Sybil: Multi-wallet usage is strictly forbidden and monitored.
Appeals: If you are banned, a transparent appeal form is available for manual review. We are human, not just code.
